GSK partners with FAPESP to create Centre of Excellence for Sustainable Chemistry in Brazil
In a press release it is known that GlaxoSmithKline plc (GSK) has successfully formed a new collaboration with the Sao Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP). They are considered to be the major funding agencies for scientific research in Brazil, to marvel new Centre of Excellence for Sustainable Chemistry in Brazil. The Centre positively would be located in the state of Sao Paulo and target on sustainable chemistries most relevant to the discovery with potent development of medicines.
It is also reported that GSK already supporting a popular Centre of Excellence for Sustainable Chemistry in the UK based at The University of Nottingham. If this new centre in Sao Paulo would establish then they form expedient scientific links with GSK and The University of Nottingham. By doing this one can facilitate for sharing of cogent knowledge and expertise between Brazilian and UK researchers.
